During closing, our title lawyer and bank loan office separately mentioned to us how persistent Joe was in making sure everything was done on time, including how he called and emailed daily to check on items that needed to be completed on their end. Finally, after closing we had issues getting all of the proper keys and removing the lock box from our door by the seller’s agent. Though he was already paid and did his part, Joe continued to follow through on our behalf and make sure everyone finished their job. You are truly mistaken if you go with anyone else for an agent. Some may take his blunt nature as rude, but when you are spending six figures do you really want someone that is just going to tell you what you want to hear, or do you want someone with real industry experience that is going to go to bat for you and make sure you don’t get taken advantage of?"
